All students in the piano studio are members of THE A-LISZT Junior Music Club, named after the famous piano and composer Franz Liszt  This music club is part of the National Federation of Music Clubs that sponsors our Festival in February.     

Franz Liszt Statue

All students receive a small statue of Franz Liszt upon entry into the studio and the music club.

Who was Franz Liszt?

Franz Liszt was known for his amazing abilities to play REALLY FAST PIANO!  His fast and furious playing would often make the ladies in the audience swoon!  This was back in the 1800s when ladies would swoon!!
